 Super Lage etwa 100 HM über dem Ort, Supermarkt und Bio Laden in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß über Treppenwege durch Obstplantagen zu erreichen. Zum Appartement gehört noch eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Appartement ist klein aber fein und im La Gomerischen Stil. Super Ausblick von der Küche oder dem Esstisch aufs Nahe Meer. Zu Fuß erreicht man dieses in ca 30 Minuten. Pedro ist ein super Gastgeber und hat uns die ganze Woche mit frischen Bananen versorgt.

My partner in crime Halina picked out La Gomera, thinking it would be a lovely place to investigate based on the pictures and info she'd come across online. So Hermigua was our base for a few days as we got stuck into the island. This apartment was a wonderful place to start our island adventure. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lounge area and two outside areas: the balcony at the front and a larger space at the back. It has tons of character, very quaint and unique with a delicate aroma that gives it a homely feel. Very cosy and comforting place. It was easy to get around as we had a car, the location was spot on for exploring the surrounding area, getting up into the mountainous parts of the island and beaches further afield. Hermigua itself felt quiet, relaxing - full of walkers actually. La Gomera seems to be a place for walking all year round. Make sure you head down to the natural pool, which is a five-minute drive from this apartment, stunning! There's a Spar a few minutes down the road for all your shopping needs. Pilar, our host has a wonderfully serene energy and Gerlinde was excellent at communication. Our only "complaint" relates to the cockerel that lives next door, which woke us up with its withering crow the first and second morning before it even got light - quite a rude awakening. I fashioned some 'ear plugs' out of wet tissue, which cut out the noise and we slept soundly the next two days. So be aware, earplugs may be necessary. Apart from that, this is a gorgeous place where you'll unwind immediately. Also - check out Cafe & Bar Pedro just down the street, lovely local food.

Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses hat uns ein ruhige und angenehme Zeit beschert. Gerlinde war immer erreichbar und hat uns auch die Autovermietung organisiert.

We were a group of 8 with 2,5 y.o. baby. Bedrooms were prepered to acomodate all of us. It is a very spacious house, with the tarace area prepered for outdor activities no metter what the weather is like. The sitting area with roled down wind breakers is a nice addition to a tarace. Parking is very spacious and comfortible for two cars. Location of the property is ideal for starting the hiking activities.
