Probably the best property in 10 years of visiting La Gomera!

Amazing apartment in a wonderful part of the island, just a few minutes ride from la piscina natural de Hermigua. Gerlinde was very kind helped us also with the car rental. 

Fabulous place to stay wonderful amenities, terrific views and extremely comfortable villa with all you could wish 

Service and communication with the hostess was good. The house itself was well-kept and pretty, and the view over mountains and fruit trees, quite lovely. On the downside, the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were in three separate buildings (you had to go outdoors, via the patio, to reach the next room), and the location of the house, far within a valley, offered very little sun, the house and terrace subsequently being chilly in the mornings as well as at night (at least in January). Luckily, the beds were comfortable and well-equipped. Wifi and phone signal were practically non-existent. If you’re not renting a car, you may find the walk from Hermigua somewhat long, steep, and eerily dark at night, so make sure to bring a flashlight. The town itself offered some good hiking and a few decent restaurants, but the way it is spread out along the road, without a proper centre, it is not as charming nor as picturesque as, for example, its northern neighbour, Agulo. Bus communications were very poor (access to taxi somewhat better). We had a good time nevertheless.

Erstens möchten wir Dir und Deiner Crew vielmals danken für die ausführlichen und wertvollen Informationen über die Insel! Auch sind die Angaben zur Wohnung Casa Vista Teide ganz zutreffend (Lagebeschreibung, Ausstattung). Pedro und Monika (leider nach 2 Tagen nach Berlin verreist) sind sehr hilfsbereit! Pedro organisierte für uns Mietauto und Taxi!
Zweitens ist die Wohnung ein Bijou, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 'hörbare' Sicht auf die nahe Bucht, Sicht auf den Teide, unglaublich ruhig, Geräusche vom Land (Hühner, Katzen, Hunde, Ziegen, Vogelstimmen,...). Auch waren unsere Nachbarn Maruca y Luis, beide 85 J alt, sehr freundlich.
Drittens ist die Lage ausgezeichnet: nahe von Lebenmittelläden, kleinen Restaurants, Haltestellen des Guagua; Ausgangspunkt von Wanderungen ...
Es lohnt sich ein Fahrzeug zu mieten.
